Triathlon: Umukino wihariye uhuza koga, gutwara igare no kwiruka
Triathlon ni umukino wihariye kandi ukomeje gukundwa ku rwego mpuzamahanga. Abawukina baba bagomba gukora ibikorwa bitatu bikurikirana: koga mu mazi, gutwara igare no kwiruka ku butaka. Uyu mukino usaba imbaraga z’umubiri, kwihangana no kugira igenamigambi ryiza.
Amavu n’amavuko ya Triathlon

Uko Triathlon ikinwa

2. Gutwara igare: Nyuma yo kuva mu mazi, bahindura imyenda bakajya ku magare, bakanyura ku ntera yagenwe.
3. Kwiruka: Basoza irushanwa biruka ku butaka.
Mu gihe cy’irushanwa, abakinnyi banyura mu bice byihariye byitwa “transition zones” aho bahindurira ibikoresho cyangwa imyambaro:
- T1: kuva mu mazi bajya ku igare
- T2: kuva ku igare bajya kwiruka
Utsinda ni umukinnyi cyangwa itsinda rifite igihe gito kurusha abandi mu bikorwa byose, harimo n’iminota ikoreshwa mu mpinduka hagati y’ibyiciro.

Triathlon mu Rwanda
Nubwo Triathlon itaramenyekana cyane mu Rwanda nk’uko bimeze ku yindi mikino, hari icyizere cy’uko izagenda itera imbere, cyane cyane mu rubyiruko rukunda siporo n’imyitozo ngororamubiri.
Ni umukino wubaka imbaraga z’umubiri n’ubwenge, ukanatoza abawukina kwihangana, gutegura neza igihe no kugira indangagaciro za siporo.
